Knowing yourself before start finding a new job

Before you start looking for a new job, you should know yourself better. To have the required effect you should be very objective: don´t be critical but neither easy, try to see how you really are, so you achieve the right goal.

The first thing you should do is to ask some questions about yourself: Do I have the skill to learn quickly? Can I pay attention? Am I a kind person? Do I always think before acting? Do I have a good memory? Etc.

Make sure your answers are correct before you go on.

The next step is to ask some questions about: your personality, what do you like to do? What you don´t like to do? How are you, in your personal life?, How are you at work?, etc.

This kind of questions always help to know you better so you can be sure about your weaknesses and your strongest skills for every job you want.
